Q: How do I register my athlete on the app?

A: Click on the "Open Gym Training Center App" link at the bottom of the page to download our easy to use app. Once you create your login and profile, you can register for classes. If you've previously used our Jackrabbit system, enter your old login email address and click "Forgot Password" to create a new one.

- If you are registering one child, please sign up using their name and DOB.

- If you have more than one athlete, please use your name & DOB and email us with your children's names and DOB so we can build their accounts into yours.

Q: How do I register my athlete on a computer?

Q: I have a question about registration, who should I contact?

A: Please send us an email - service@opengymtrainingcenter.com - and we can assist.

 

Q: Where is the Open Gym Training Center located?

A: The gym is located at 130 Chance Lane, Summerville, SC 29483 - off of Embassy Drive.

Q: Can I schedule a make up lesson if we miss?

A: Unfortunately at this time we are not allowing athletes to make up missed classes. 

Q: Where is the class schedule?

A: Click on the "CALENDAR" link at the top of the page to see our available classes or download our app from the bottom of the page.

Q: My account was charged $50 - what is that for?

A: If you have not been to an Open Gym Training Center class or have not paid the 2022 membership fee, it will be added to your balance. The Open Gym Training Center Membership is a once per year membership that includes all available Open Training Sessions for your athlete.

Q: Can I cancel a class we registered for and receive a refund?

A: Classes can be cancelled prior to the next billing cycle, no refunds will be given after payment has been made for the month. If you are enrolled in a program with a commitment, you cannot unenroll without prior approval. 

Q: Is there a fee for missed payments?

A: Yes, there is a $25 fee added on the 5th of the month for NSF, returned payments, & expired cards. Please make sure you keep your billing information up to date to avoid this penalty. ​

Q: How do I cancel or pause my membership?

A: Please notify us via email - service@opengymtrainingcenter.com .

Q: We will be missing a class, what should we do?

A: Please notify us via email - service@opengymtrainingcenter.com - so we can plan accordingly or mark your athlete as absent in the app.

Q: Is there space for my athlete to store street shoes, keys, water bottle, etc?

A: Absolutely! We have large locker banks for athletes to store their belongings.

Q: I forgot my OGTC card - can I use my phone to check in?

A: Yes! If you have the Open Gym Training Center app on your phone, simply click your account on the top right of the home screen and you will be able to pull up your bar code to scan in.
